Even adding all the language lessons to the Profile allows him to connect with more customers but it's just waste his resource to reach to non-target groups. For this case, he should only add " Russian Language Lesson " and " English Language Lesson for Adults" to reach specific target customers.
Step 2: Look through the customer request
To save your time, we ask customer specific questions to understand their project detail before sending to you. When you receive the service request, you have all you need to know. Make good use of that information, to send out the quote to who is a good fit.
When people hire the Pro, the location will be one of the main influent factors as well as Pro who might only able to provide the service to specific districts. Therefore only send the quote to the customers within your areas.
