How to Get More Reviews?

Reviews are often the biggest influence on a customer’s hiring decision—a great review gives you credibility. To get hired more often, ask for reviews from past customers (both on and off HelloToby). 

How it works for Non-HelloToby Customers (Website)

1. Click on the profile picture on the top right of the page, select "Profiles" in the drop-down list

2. Click on the profile you would like to let your consumers to comment

3. Click on "Profile Preview"

4. Share your profile link with your customer

5. Invite them to click " Review Now " to give the review

How it works for HelloToby Customers:

There is a "Hire" and "Review" button on the customer's interface. Don't forget to ask the customer to press " Hire " when confirmed the project and give you the review after finished the project.
