Information provided to us

Upon registering on the Platform, consumers will be prompted to disclose certain information about yourself and your service request which including but not limited to user's name, email address, and contact number.The information collected in the signup process will be closely protected and kept in confidence. We will never disclose any private information to a third party. 

By submitting a service request, users agree that your phone number will be shared with the service pros who have submitted the quote to you. As you request the quote from the service providers, maximum up to 5 service pros will be able to view your phone number after they sent you the quote to follow up with you that they may contact you by calling, WhatsApp, LINE or SMS.

By submitting a service request, users agree that the Company and its service pros may send you emails as part of the normal business practice of the Company. These emails may be used as part of the normal business practice of the Company, including but not limited to, marketing, relationship communications, and transactional confirmations. Users can choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails.
