【Morinoya】Chocolate Covered Croissant Cooking Class (Original Price HKD 600)
Sign up to join the chocolate-covered-croissant trend! Chocolate covered croissant originated from Our Bakery (더티초코), a coffee shop, in Seoul. They're all freshly baked! Chocolate Covered Croissant is famous for the Belgium chocolate, and the cocoa powder that covers it.
Imagine your face covered in cocoa powder, holding fresh-out-of-the-oven crunchy croissant that is layered with creamy chocolate sauce. The delicious chocolate fills your mouth the instant you bite into the delicacy. It is just a chocolate heaven.
But those sold in Hong Kong are usually frozen. The humidity made the powder into crumbs.
On 25 August, Chef Mab Mak, the instructor at Beautiful Cooking, is going to show you how to make Chocolate Covered Croissant. You'll get to eat it fresh and be satisfied!
About the Chef
Mab Mak is the student of Chef Ben Lam, who is one of Hong Kong Top 10 Chefs and famous for his use of Cognac. She focuses on modern Frech and Japanese Cuisine. To earn more about culinary, she started to work in the food industry. She started at a coffee shop, then worked at a western restaurant. SHe learnt baking, dessert making, Chinese and Western culinary, and studied French cuisines. Chef Mak also learnt about the operation, ordering procedure, and food delivering time. A Female Chef of the new generation!
Chef Mak started Morinoya Studio in 2017 and became the owner and instructor. She teaches and designs recipes for magazines, brands, and online media. She was also the instructor at Beautiful Cooking this year. Truly a pretty Chef who cooks beautifully.

6. Each participant will make 4 croissants, they can either eat it right away or share them with their families.

Participants will get to make Chocolate Covered Croissant at the Elegant Kitchen
Class size：12 people, two in a group （Limited availability, sign up now）
Age：Due to the complicated process, this activity is only limited to participants of age 12 or above
Morinoya Studio will provide detailed recipes, ingredients, utensils and aprons.
To be environmentally friendly, participants should bring a box that fits in 4 croissants.
