To be honest, there is nothing more than offering a fair price, high-quality repair, and after-sale follow-up service. If you put in the effort, the customers would respect that and give me an honest review. Although it is not guaranteed that I have margins for profit in every case, I still would give clients advice and debug solution for free when they approach me. If the issue is still unresolved, then I would provide a quotation and propose availability for repair.
How do you stand out from the crowd among all other pros? What is the biggest selling point of your business?
I actually don’t know how I got such high reviews compared to other pros. I think it’s because I only use original parts and offer a reasonable price. Never scam customers or use unreliable parts. Being honest is key and it reflects in your work. Besides, I try the best to cooperate with the customer about time and location. No matter how far they are located, I arrived early every time and get prepared.
Any interesting experience?
There was once a client that dropped his phone down the toilet, he found me online and called me crying for help. I first asked him whether he thinks getting back a functional phone or being able to recover the information in it is more important. He replied the later, he was fine with not being able to fix the phone. As it was late at night and his phone would not reboot, I taught him to use clean water to rinse the phone and then place it around dehumidifier, damp crystals. The next day, I was able to fully repair the phone and recovered the information in it!

Customers can describe the issue as clear as possible on the request form, I can offer repair service with the respective parts and a small amount of repair fee.
