How to Update Basic Information of My Store?

 1. Log in to your HelloToby account

2. On the Store Setting page, click "Edit Store" to enter any verified store's profile (with the status "Verified" at the top right corner)

3. On the Edit Store page, you can edit different information (e.g. address, phone number, opening hours) by clicking "Edit" next to the field

4. Edit according to the instructions given on each page

A) Address

Provide store address in both English and Chinese.

B) Phone number

Update the main contact number of the store, you can also click "Add New Phone number" to add alternative numbers.

If you wish to delete a phone number, simply click the "Delete Phone Number" button below it.

C) Opening Hours

Under the "Regular Opening Hours" section, you can choose "Open/Closed" button located at the top right corner of each day of the week. 

If you choose "Open", you have to fill in the opening hours for that specific day.

If opening hours are separated into two shifts, you can click "Add Multiple Opening Hours" and add another time slot.

5. When you have finished editing, click "Done" (Modification usually takes three working days to be verified)
