How do I know when a voucher is sold?

1. When a customer successfully purchased a voucher, HelloToby will send a "Booking Confirmation" email to the merchant. The email lists details of the voucher, including the voucher ID, booking number, service name, consumer's name and contact number.

2. You can get in touch with the customer according to the details listed in the "Booking Confirmation" email to complete the reservation procedure.
