Jimmy has 10 years of fitness teaching experience. Recalling the transfer from the hotel catering industry to a large fitness centre for full-time coaching ten years ago, and gradually turned into a freelance fitness instructor, Jimmy admits there are also obstacles and hesitation. "Any promotions on Facebook was not effective at the time. Also, Toby allows sending quotation according to the students’ requests. I can clearly understand their request before quoting." Currently, about 80% of Jimmy's customers are referred by Toby. Jimmy reminds those whom are intended to be a personal fitness trainer, that they have to put students on the first place. “A lot of personal trainers just go to the classroom and look at the phone frequently, which completely ignored the needs of the students. You have to hold a good attitude. Good attitude always brings good impression."
