Cancellation and Refund Policy (Beauty Booking)

To provide a buying environment that gives customers peace of mind, Toby offers a flexible refund policy allowing for refunds on basic reservations at anytime up to one hour before the service time.

The refund will return to your account. However, some “specific merchants” or “specific deals/services” have special refund policies, including no return within 24/48/72 hours of service, known as Specific Merchant Refund Policy.

“Specific Merchants” will indicate on the Toby platform special refund policies for all of their offers and the flexibility of the refund policies are based on the uniqueness of the service provided and the damages that late refunds bring to the merchants.

For specific Merchants, please be aware that it will be stated that there are no refunds within 24/48/72 hours of the service.

For all gift services, coupons and event services provided by Toby or merchant, there is no refund or modification.
