1. 點擊 https://support.apple.com/en-ca ( 請使用英文版本）
2. 選擇「Apple ID」 和 「iTunes Store & App Store」
3. 再點擊「Unrecognized charge 」
4. 選擇「Chat」和填寫你的資料
5. 點擊「Continue」，然後向Apple客服提供以下資料
例子： Hi, I found that I was double charged, please check and refund one of the transaction. My Apple Id and Order ID as below:
