In this article, you will find:
Forgot Password: Web Users
1. Go to Toby and Click “Login” at the top right corner of the page
2. Click “Forgot Password”
3. Enter your phone number/ email address, click "Reset Password" to receive a temporary password via SMS/ Email (*Temporary password is only valid for 24 hours, please reset a new password for permanent use asap)
4. The message will pop-up after your click, select "Return to main page"
5. After receiving the temporary password, input it to log in (please log-in with the phone number/ email address as user id depends on the way you receive the temporary password)
6. Change to the new password once you log-in (You can refer to: Change Password: App Users )
1. Visit Toby Pro App and click "Next"
2. Click "Log in/ Register"
3. Click "Forget Password"

5. The message will pop-up after your click, select "return to main page"
6. After receiving the temporary password, back to Toby App and input it to log in (please log-in with the phone number/ email address as user id depends on the way you receive the temporary password)
7. Change to the new password once you log-in (You can refer to: Change Password: Web Users)
1. Click on the icon at the top right corner
2. Select "Account Setting" in the drop-down list
3. Enter your current and new password and click "Confirm"

2. Click "Profile" at the left bottom
3. Select "Account Setting"
4. Click "Change Password"
5. Enter your current and new password and click "Confirm" at the top right corner
