Disputes with Consumers during transaction

Toby put a high importance on user experience, we take any rule-violation case seriously and apply any appropriate actions to ensure similar cases would not happen. 

You could keep the conversation record with Consumers, in order to protect your interest when there is any dispute with consumers.

• If you contact with Toby Chat-room, our system would keep the records, and you could check them at anytime by logging in to your account
• If you contact via other applications (for example, WhatsApp, Line, emails, etc.), or phone call, you could keep to records by yourselves

If there is any dispute with Consumer, you could contact us via email with case details and further information, we would soon escalate your case to the relevant team for handling. If there is any urgent or illegal matter, please contact the Police immediately to protect your interests.
