1. Select a customer request you would like to quote on.
2. Click " Select a Quote Template" and choose the template that best fits the project
3. Edit it your template price, message or attachments based on the request description if needed
4. Send out the quote when you're ready
App User
1. Select a customer request you would like to quote on.
2. Click on "Quote"
3. Click "Select Template:, and choose any suitable quotation template
4. Edit it your template price and message based on the request description if needed
5. Click "Submit" when you're ready
How to Create and Delete Templates
Web User
1. Click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
2. Click "Quote Template" from the drop-down menu
3. Click " + Add " on the left side
4. Enter the template title and your price, message, and upload attachments
5. Click " Save "
6. If you want to delete it, simply click " Delete " and " Confirm " on the same page.
App User
1. Select "Requests"
2. Select a customer request you would like to quote
3. Click on "Quote"
4. Enter your price, message and upload attachments
5. Tick the box of "Save to new template", edit the template name, and "Submit" your quote
