Our caregivers hold the appropriate professional certificates and licenses, including:
- Elder Caregiver or Personal Care Assistant Certificate (PCW): For basic daily care services.
- Elder Health Worker Certificate (HW): For professional medical-related care such as wound care, managing urine/fecal bags, and feeding via nasogastric tubes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) & Enrolled Nurse (EN): For more advanced medical services like administering injections, stomach wash, blood draws, and dressing changes.

Please note that, for the safety of seniors, our caregivers do not offer additional cleaning, grocery purchasing, or cooking services for anyone other than the senior or patient. If you require these services, we recommend booking our home cleaning or in-home cooking service separately.
