4. Credits Usage and Expiration

About Credits Usage:

• All Credits are not for sale. They are final, non-refundable, non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable for cash or other products
• Each bucket of Toby Credits or Free Credits has its own expiry date depending on the date of issued
• Free Credits are always spent prior to Toby Credits
• Credits are spent based on the first-in first-out rule or in another word, Credits with an earlier expiry will be spent first.
• You can find the expiry date of Credits in your Dashboard

About Toby Credits and Expiration:

• Service Pros purchase Toby Credits in order to send quotes and contact potential Consumers
• Any Toby Credits purchased before 2020-03-01 will expire on 2021-03-01
• Any Toby Credits purchased after 2020-03-01 expire 12 months after they are issued

About Free Credits and Expiration:

• Free Credits may be issued in your account during special promotions or campaigns
• As of 2020-03-01, Free credits will expire 1 month after they are issued, unless otherwise stated. 

5. Refund Policy

General Refund Policy:

All sales of Toby credits are final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Quotation:

• Refunds for quotation fee by Toby Credits are not permitted unless Consumers have not viewed the quotes within 48 hours of the request submission AND if Service Pros have not revealed the Consumer's contact number
• Quotations sent with Free Credits will be not be refunded.
