Double Charge during Purchasing Credits

If you found that you are Double-charged when you are using Apple platform, please follow the step below,

1. Visit https://support.apple.com/en-ca (please use English version)

2. choose「Apple ID」 and 「iTunes Store & App Store」

3. Select「Unrecognized charge 」

4. Click on「Chat」and fill in your information

5. Click on「Continue」and please provide the information below to Apple Support

例子: Hi, I found that I was double charged, please check and refund one of the transaction. My Apple Id and Order ID as below:

 

*The payment of every transaction via Apple platform is directly received by Apple Inc., please submit refund request to Apple Inc.

*When you contact to Apple Support, please provide your Apple ID and Order ID
