How to Check Your Rating and Review?

Build Credibility by Getting Reviews! It's so important to get the reviews from your past customers. Check out the no.of reviews you have now and learn how to get more reviews.

Web User

1. Click on the profile picture on the top right of the page

2. Click "Profiles" in the drop-down list

3. Click on the profile you would like to check

4. Click on "Profile Preview"

5. Check "Reviews" at the bottom of the page (you could click on "Show 6 more" to view more comment)

App User

1. Log-in to HelloToby Pro App

2. Click "Profile" on the right bottom

3. Click "Manage Profiles"

4. Select the profile you would like to check

5. Check at the bottom and click "See All"
