There are more than 600 service types for you to select under 23 main categories and more than 100 sub-categories, you may add or remove service from same/different categories:

Add or Remove service items under the same/ similar service type
Website Users
If you would like to add or remove service items from the same/ similar sub-categories, kindly refer to the steps below:
1. Click on the icon on the top right corner
2. Select "Profiles" in the drop-down list
3. you will be directed to the page below, click on the profile you would like to add/ remove service items from
4. Select "Services" in the list on the left
5. You could click "+New Service" to add new service types, or click "X" to remove
6. Otherwise, you could add/ remove the service item in the current service type (as below, you could add/ remove the service items under "Household Service": Domestic Helper Agency. Home Cleaning, Cooking, Nanny, Home Assistance, Laundry Service, Professional Organiser)
7. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom after finish editing
10. After saving, pop-up message will shown as below
App Users
1. Log-in to HelloToby Pro App
2. Click "Profile" on the right bottom
3. Click "Manage Profiles"
4. Select the profile you would like to add/ remove service items
5. Click "Edit" in the second block, and add/remove the service items in the same service type
6. Click "Save" at the top right corner after editing
Add/ Remove service item under different service types
Website Users
You could establish different profiles for different service type, kindly refer to the steps below:
1. Click on the icon on the top right corner
2. Select "Profiles" in the drop-down list
3. Click "Create" at the top right corner
4. Select "Continue creating new profiles", and click "Get Started"
App Users
1. Log-in to HelloToby Pro App
2. Click "Profile" on the right bottom
3. Click "Manage Profiles"
4. Click "New" at the top right corner
5. Select the service item you would like to add
Remarks:
1. Every user has a maximum of 10 profiles and once the profiles are created, profiles are not able to be delete it, but could be paused to stop receiving new requests anytime. For more details, kindly refer to How to pause the Profile
2. You could select "Edit existing profile" in the Step 4 (Website User , or directly click on the active profile, then select "Services" to add new service items. Different service types could be included in the same profile for better and more convenience management. For more details, kindly refer to Add or Remove service items under the same/ similar service type
