How to redeem voucher? (On computer browser)

1. Visit http://www.hellotoby.com, on the top right corner click “Log in”. For users who are logging into the account created by HelloToby for the first time, you have to reset the password.

A reset password email will be sent to after you enter the email you used to register for HelloToby account.

2. After logging in, hover over the account avatar and click “Switch to Pro”.

3. On the top section of the page, click “Deal Record”.

4. On “Deal Transaction List” page, you can view sold vouchers and their status. When you want to redeem certain deals, click “Redeem Deal".

5. Enter the related branch and type in the redemption code provided by customer. Voucher details will be shown on the page, click “Redeem” to redeem the voucher after verifying the details.

6. After successful redemption, HelloToby will transfer money to you in the first 7-10 working days of the next month. For example, you redeemed a voucher on 15th July, then you will receive money in the first 7-10 working days of August.

2. Click on the three-line button to open the content page, then click “Login”.

3. For users logging in for the first time, click “Forgot password?” to reset password.

A reset password email will be sent to after you enter the email you used to register for HelloToby account.

4. After logging in, click open the content page and click “Switch to Pro”.

5. Click open the content page again, click on “User Centre”, then select “Deal Record”.

6. On “Deal Transaction List” page, you can view sold vouchers and their status. When you want to redeem certain deals, click “Redeem Deal”.

7. Enter the related branch and type in the redemption code provided by customer. Voucher details will be shown on the page, click “Redeem” to redeem the voucher after verifying the details.

8. After successful redemption, HelloToby will transfer money to you in the first 7-10 working days of the next month. For example, you redeemed a voucher on 15th July, then you will receive money in the first 7-10 working days of August.
