Additionally, merchants are encouraged to refer to the Quality Beauty Service Assurance Scheme’s Code of Business Practices and should adhere to the following principles:
- Promotional and sales content must not mislead customers by falsely claiming to be professional advice unless it is based on genuine evidence.
- All promotional and sales activities must uphold the principles of integrity, truthfulness, fairness, and scientific accuracy.
- Merchants must refrain from defamatory statements, malicious attacks, or unethical competitive practices against industry peers.
- Merchants must provide customers with clear and accurate details regarding service and product pricing, effectiveness, usage restrictions, and validity periods.
If a complaint is received regarding a relevant case, Toby will assess the severity of the issue and may classify it as a serious violation, leading to immediate removal of the listing from the platform. In cases where customers choose to report the matter to law enforcement or customs authorities and request relevant information from the platform, Toby will assist to the best of its ability.
