How do I write reviews for the Service Pros?

To enhance service quality and share your feedback with other HelloToby users, we encourage every user to review the Pros after you finishing a Project or approaching them.

Website Users 

1. Please log-in, click on the icon on the top right corner , and select "My Projects" in the drop-down list

2. Select the project you would like to rate and write a review

3. Select the Pro quote you would like to rate

4. Make sure you have already clicked to hire your Pro at the bottom right corner in the chatroom

5.  Click "Review" the suppliers after the Project has been finished. You will be much appreciated if you can share your feedback with other HelloToby users. 

App Users

1. Please log-in, click "Projects" at the bottom when receive quotation and select the project you would like to check

2. Select the quote you would like to check

3. Make sure you have already clicked to hire your Pro at the top right corner in the chatroom

4. Click "Review" the suppliers after the Project has been finished. You will be much appreciated if you can share your feedback with other HelloToby users.
