How to create a Toby Pro profile?

Welcome to HelloToby Pro! The following article will guide you on how to create a successful expert profile.

 

Web Version

1. Log in and click on the profile icon at the top right corner, then click “Switch to Pro” to enter the Pro dashboard.


2. On the User Center page, click on “My Profile.”

3. Ckick "Create" if you already have some profiles.


4. Please first select your service coverage, then choose the appropriate service type to add your services. After that, click “Next.”

Important Note: Each Pro profile can only contain one occupation, if you want to offer more than one service, you can create multiple pro profiles.

 

5. Please filling in your basic information:
Field Recommended Content
Name or company name  
About the Pro
  • Start with a friendly tone to build a professional image.
  • Highlight your core strengths and clearly state your professional skills.
  • Emphasize your value proposition and what makes your services stand out.
Service Details
  • Choose a suitable format (you may describe the “scope of service” or “process after being hired”).
  • Keep the description concise and clear to avoid confusing potential customers.
Experience
  • State how many years of experience you have in the service.
Address
  • Optional, provide it if applicable.



6. Fill in the supplementary information, and once completed, click “Next.”

7. Carefully read the “Terms and Conditions,” then click “Submit.”

8. Once your profile has been successfully created, it will display as “Published( 已發佈).”

9. You can view your published Pro profile under “User Center > My Profiles.”


Mobile APP Version

1. Please log in to the Toby Pro mobile app.
2. Go to the Profile page and tap “Manage Profiles.”

3. Tap the “+” icon at the top right corner to create a new Pro profile.
 
4. Select your service category, then choose the specific service type to add the appropriate service. After that, tap “Next.”
Important Note: Each profile can only include one occupation.
 
 
5. Please start filling in your basic informations. After it click "Save and Continue."
