How do I change my password?

In this article, you will find:

Forgot Password: Web Users

1. Click “Login” at the top right corner of the Toby website.

 

2. Select your original login method (see left image).
Tip: If you used a phone number to register, you can log in using a verification code (see right image).

 3. After entering your registered phone number or email address, you’ll be directed to the password page. Click “Forgot Password?”

 4. Enter your registered phone number or email address and click “Reset Password” to receive a temporary password via SMS or email.
(Please note: The temporary password will expire after 24 hours. Make sure to reset your password as soon as possible.)

5. A prompt will appear after clicking. Please click “Go to Login.”

 6. Once you receive the SMS or email, log in using the temporary password.
(Please make sure to log in using the same method through which you received the temporary password.)

 7. After logging in, please update your password as soon as possible. For details, you can refer to this tutorial: How can I reset password?

 

Forgot Password: App Users

1. Visit Toby App

2. Click "Profile" at the right bottom

3. Click "Login"

4. Click "Forget Password"

5. Enter your email address, click "Reset Password" to receive a temporary password via Email (*Temporary password is only valid for 24 hours, please reset a new password for permanent use asap)

6. If you would get the temporary password via SMS, select "Login with Phone Number"

7. Click "Forget Password"

8. Enter your phone number, click "Reset Password" to receive a temporary password via SMS (*Temporary password is only valid for 24 hours, please reset a new password for permanent use asap)

9. After receiving the temporary password, back to Toby App and input it to log in (please log-in with the phone number/ email address as user id depends on the way you receive the temporary password)

10. After logging in, please update your password as soon as possible. For details, you can refer to this tutorial: How can I reset password?
