Change Password – Web Version

Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the page.

From the dropdown menu, select “Account Settings.”

Click the “Reset Password” section, enter your current password and new password, then click Confirm.

Once the password is updated, please use the new password to log in going forward.
Change Password – Mobile App Version

Log in to the Toby mobile app.

Tap “My Account” at the bottom right.

Select “Account Settings.”

Tap “Change Password.”

Enter your current password and new password, then tap Save.
