If you accidentally deleted your account and now wish to re-register, you can follow the standard registration process as outlined below:

📌 Step 1:Go to the Toby website or mobile app and click "Log In."
 
    
📌 Step 2:Choose your preferred login method.

🔹 Important Note: If using a third-party login (e.g., Google, Facebook), you will need to provide your email and phone number. If your previous account was registered with the same details, you may be prompted to merge accounts.
                 

📌 Step 3: If you choose to log in with your phone number, enter your number and click "Send SMS Verification Code."
                   
📌 Step 4: You will receive an SMS with a verification code from Toby. Enter the code in the provided field.
 
📌 Step 5:Provide your email address and click "Continue."
🔹 This will help with service bookings, communication, and password recovery in the future. 

📌 Step 6: You can set a password for your account to enhance security. Alternatively, you can choose to skip this step.

📌 Step 7: Once you confirm or skip password setup, your account registration is complete! 🎉

 

Important Notes:

📌 If you have received an email from us titled "[Toby] Account Deleted | Account Deletion Confirmation", this confirms that your previous account and all related data have been permanently deleted. You will need to register a new account from scratch.
