After submitting a service request, you will be notified by SMS and App push notification (if applicable) when suppliers have sent you a Quote within 72 hours.
Whether the quotes you received are suitable or not, please reply the Pros to tell your decision. Kindly click "Hire" if you have chosen a Pro, or reply the reason of reject to the Pros whose quotation are not suitable for you. If there is no reply from you after the quote is viewed, the Suppliers might contact you through WhatsApp or Call.

1. Please log-in, click on the icon on the top right corner , and select "My Projects" in the drop-down list
2. Select the project you would like to check
3. Select the Pro quote you would like to view
4. Read the quotation and Pro's profile (including Pro's information, introduction, reviews, etc.), then, reply your decision to the Pro
5. If you have chosen a Pro you would like to hire, kindly click "Hired" on the bottom right corner in the chat-room
6. If the Pros' quotes are not suitable for you, kindly reply the reason in the chat-room
7. Click "Review" the suppliers after the Project has been finished. You will be much appreciated if you can share your feedback with other HelloToby users.
