After your service is completed, we welcome you to leave an honest and constructive review to share your experience and help others make informed decisions.
📍 How to Leave a Review
Step 1: Click the “Review” button
Once the service is completed, you’ll see a pink “Review” button at the top of your chat with the professional. Click to open the review page.
Step 2: Rate and comment
On the review page, you can rate the service using a 5-star system based on four key criteria:

You’ll also see a text box where you can write your overall comments — for example:

Step 3: Choose visibility and upload images (optional)
You can choose to display your username or post the review anonymously.
You may also upload photos related to the service — e.g. before & after cleaning shots, completed designs — to help others better assess the result.
Once completed, click “Submit Review” to finish.
