How to Cancel A Request

A request expires 3 days after it's published or on the specific date you have chosen. However, if you would like to cancel a request before its expiration date, please refer to the following steps:

Web User

1. Login to Toby Account , click the icon on the right top bottom and click " My Projects ".

2. Before you cancel the request, please make sure you have replied to the quote letting the suppliers know about your decision. 

3. Click the " ... " at the right top corner of the service request you'd like to delete

4. Click " Cancel Project "

5. Please fill in your reason of cancellation (at lease 10 characters) and click "Cancel Project".

6. Service request would be turned to " Project Cancelled " if the service is cancelled successfully.

App User

1. Log in to the HelloToby App .Click " Order " to view the service request and choose the request you wanted to cancel.

2. Before you cancel the request, please make sure you have replied to the quote letting the suppliers know about your decision. To know more: How Do I Hire or Decline the Pro

3. On the Service request page, click the " ... " at the right top corner

 4. Click " Close this project "

5.Please fill in your reason of cancellation (at lease 10 characters) and click "Cancel Project".

6.Service request would be turned to " Project Cancelled " if the service is cancelled successfully.
