Disputes with Service Pros during transaction

Toby put a high importance on user experience, we take any rule-violation case seriously and apply any appropriate actions to ensure similar cases would not happen. 

 

Protecting Your Interest

You could keep the conversation record with Service Pros, in order to protect your interest when there is any dispute with consumers.

  • If you contact with Toby Chat-room, our system would keep the records, and you could check them at anytime by logging in to your account
  • If you contact via other applications (for example, WhatsApp, Line, emails, etc.), or phone call, you could keep to records by yourselves

If there is any dispute with Service Pro, you could contact us via email with case details and further information, we would soon escalate your case to the relevant team for handling. If there is any urgent or illegal matter, please contact the Police immediately to protect your interests.

If you have taken any further action through Police or Judiciary, we are glad to provide helps. However, we could provide Service Pro personal data only under request with corresponding laws and regulations

 

Service Review

You could leave your comment after service on Toby, other consumers could view Service Pros' review before accepting the quotes to make the firing decision. If violations of Service Pros on platform rules are spotted or frequent complaints are received, we reserve the right of account deactivation, the period is form 3 days to permanent.
