- If you agree to participate, the consultant will provide a "Client Agreement Record" for your confirmation.
- A copy of this record will also be sent to the renovation company for documentation.
✔ Declining the Program:
- If you choose not to participate, the consultant team will only conduct a final inspection after project completion.
📌 Payment Schedule under the Deposit Guarantee Program
Under this program, 5% of the total project cost is transferred to the consultant’s designated escrow account. This deposit will only be released to the renovation company after all necessary rectifications specified by the consultant have been completed.
Recommended Payment Breakdown:
- 20% upon contract signing
- 20% after demolition and protection work (15% to the renovation company, 5% held in escrow)
