The consultant’s role is to monitor the project progress and ensure that the quality meets the required standards. They can conduct on-site inspections based on your concerns, provide professional advice, and propose appropriate solutions.

3️⃣ Submit a Formal Complaint

  • You may submit a written complaint to either Toby or directly to the renovation company, detailing your dissatisfaction and the specific issues encountered. This creates an official record, which will facilitate further follow-up and resolution.
