✔ Scope of service (If you require additional cleaning beyond what was initially requested, please mention it as early as possible to check if the service provider can accommodate your request.)
Things to Prepare Before the Cleaning Service
✅ Ensure someone is present during the service period.
✅ Store away any valuables in advance to prevent misunderstandings.
✅ Confirm the availability of cleaning supplies and tools with the service provider to ensure an efficient cleaning session.
✅ The service provider does not handle or keep keys for safety reasons. We recommend having someone present at the start and end of the service or arranging for a trusted person to oversee the process.
✅ Arrive 10 minutes before the service starts or ends to communicate with the cleaner and inspect the cleaning results. This helps ensure both security and service satisfaction.
✅ Designate a spot where the cleaner can temporarily place personal items (e.g., bags, water bottles) during the service. They may also need to change into their work uniform before starting.
✅ Prepare cleaning supplies in one place to save time searching for them during the service.
