Providing cleaning tools and supplies to the service staff is very important for daily home cleaning tasks. These tools and supplies are essential for them to perform their cleaning duties and ensure the quality of the service. Therefore, when customers purchase our cleaning services, if they have not added the "Running Fee" or "Self-Provided Cleaning Supplies Fee," they will need to provide the necessary cleaning tools and supplies for the staff.

This is a suggested list of cleaning tools and supplies. Customers may add to this list based on actual needs, or discuss with the service provider after a successful match.
Please note that if the customer fails to provide sufficient tools and supplies for cleaning, resulting in unsatisfactory cleaning results, complaints will not be accepted (e.g., insufficient mops leading to poor floor cleaning results).
If you have purchased the "Running Fee" or "Self-Provided Cleaning Supplies Fee" during your service booking, you will not need to provide the cleaning supplies. Here's an explanation of these additional fees:
- Running Fee: This fee covers the service staff's time spent purchasing cleaning supplies. Upon arrival at the work site, the service staff will provide you with an official receipt for reimbursement. The purchased cleaning supplies will remain with the customer after the service is completed.
- Self-Provided Cleaning Supplies Fee: The service staff will bring any cleaning supplies you lack and will take them away after the service is finished.
