If you have purchased a package service, we will arrange for another service provider to assist you with your next service to ensure you continue to receive the quality you expect.
If you have any dissatisfaction, please direct your concerns to Toby rather than the service provider. We recommend you raise any issues with the service provider immediately after the service is completed, and then contact us by phone or email. We will follow up on the case. Please note that if no dissatisfaction is raised before the service provider leaves, it will be assumed that you have accepted the service provided.
If you confirm that the service provider has engaged in theft, please report the matter to the police immediately and contact us for assistance. Please email prosupport@hellotoby.com within 48 hours, and we will help you follow up on the incident as soon as possible.
