At Toby, we are committed to providing transparent, fair, and clearly priced air conditioning cleaning services—with absolutely no hidden charges!
However, in certain special circumstances, additional fees may apply. To ensure full transparency, please take note of the following situations that may incur extra costs:
1. False Ceiling Removal & Reinstallation
- If your air conditioner is installed behind a false ceiling, requiring removal and reinstallation, an additional HK$800 will be charged.
2. Staircase Access Fee
- If the technician arrives at your location and finds that access to your home requires walking up flights of stairs, a HK$50 per floor fee will be charged on-site.
3. Unremovable Air Conditioner Parts
- If, for any reason, the air conditioning unit’s components cannot be removed for cleaning, a HK$150 on-site inspection fee will be charged. The remaining balance of your service fee will be refunded within 7-14 business days, after deducting the inspection charge.
Important Notes
✔ The technician will notify you in advance if any additional charges apply before the service date.
✔ If unforeseen circumstances arise after arrival, relevant fees will be charged based on the situation.
✔ Once the technician has arrived on-site, cancellations, modifications, or fee waivers will not be possible.
