If you have forgotten your redemption code, there are two ways you can check it.
The first method is more direct: log into the email you used to register for a Toby account. Search for the “Order Confirmation Letter” Toby sent to you when you purchased the voucher.
The second method is login to your Toby account.
Please choose your login path:
On computer browsers
1. Visit http://www.hellotoby.com/zh-hk, click “Login” on the top right corner
2. Login to your Toby account with your registered phone number or email address

3. After logging into your account, click the icon on the top right corner and choose “Bookings and Deals”
4. On the “Bookings and Deals” page, you can check each voucher’s details, including the redemption code (Order ID)
On phone browsers
1. Visit http://www.hellotoby.com
2. Click on the three-line button on the top left corner to click open the content page, click “Login”
3. Login to your Toby account with your registered phone number or email address

4. Click on the three-line button again to open the content page, click “My Order”
5. Under the unfolded content page, click “Beauty & massage”
6. On the “Beauty & massage” page, you can check each voucher’s details, including the redemption code (Order ID)
On phone application
1. Launch the Toby application
2. On the bottom right corner, click “Profile” to log in
3. Login to your Toby account with your registered phone number or email address

4. After logging in, on the “Profile” page, click “In-store Booking/Deals”
5. On the “In-store Booking/Deals” page, you can check each voucher’s details, including the redemption code (Order ID)
