  • Website Version: After logging in, go to "Booking & Deals Management."
  • Mobile App Version: After logging in, tap "Orders."

๐Ÿ“Œ Step 2: Locate the Canceled Service

  • Find the canceled service from your order history.
  • (For mobile app users) You can filter canceled bookings by tapping "Cancel/Refund" for easier access.

๐Ÿ“Œ Step 3: Rebook the Service

  • Tap "Book Again" to proceed with the rebooking.
  • Follow the standard booking process to confirm your appointment.
