How to redeem a Booked service?

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a "Payment Confirmation Email" within approximately 15 minutes.

๐Ÿ”น If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you find an email from Toby, mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.

  • Website Version: After logging in, go to "Booking & Deals Management."
  • Mobile App Version: After logging in, tap "Orders."

  • Find the service you wish to use.
  • The service status should be "Pending Use" (ๅพ…ไฝฟ็”จ).

  • Click the pink-colored redemption code text to view your code.

  • Tap "Redemption Code" to access your code.
