How to change a scheduled appointment time?

If you wish to change the time of a booked service, you must contact the merchant directly to request a modification. Otherwise, you may need to cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation.

🔹 Important Note:

  • Changes or cancellations are not allowed within 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
  • Below are the steps to quickly obtain the merchant’s contact information for rescheduling.


Step-by-Step Guide to Rescheduling Your Booking

📌 Step 1: Log in to Your Toby Account

  • Website Version: After logging in, go to "Booking & Deals Management."
  • Mobile App Version: After logging in, tap "Orders."

📌 Step 2: Select the Appointment You Want to Change

  • Find the service booking you wish to modify.
  • The service status should be "Pending Use" (待使用).

📌 Step 3: Contact the Merchant

🔹 For Website Users:

  • Click "Change Time" to access the merchant’s phone number.

🔹 For Mobile App Users:

  • Tap the "Help" button in the top right corner.
  • Select "Reschedule Appointment" to find the "Call Merchant" button.
