How to book a beauty service online ?

With Toby, customers can conveniently book professional, transparent, and discounted beauty services online. Below is a step-by-step guide to booking services via the website or mobile app.


Step-by-Step Guide to Booking a Service Online

📌 Step 1: Visit Toby’s Website or Mobile App

  • Select the category of service you wish to book.
    🔹 Important Note: Only merchants listed under the "Merchant Booking" category (as shown in the red box below) allow direct online booking via Toby.
  

📌 Step 2: Select a Merchant

  • Suppose you choose "Massage", you can filter results by:
    • Location
    • Service type
    • Other preferences
  • Browse the listed merchants and select one that best fits your budget and quality expectations.
  • (For mobile app users) Enable location services to find the nearest merchants.
     

📌 Step 3: Choose a Service & Discount Offer

  • Once you select a merchant, you will see various discount offers available exclusively for Toby customers.
  • Select your desired service package.
    🔹 Note: Discounted prices are only applicable for online bookings with successful payments via Toby.
    

📌 Step 4: Select Booking Details

  • Tap "Book " and choose:
    • Number of people
    • Date & time
      🔹 (For mobile app users) You must log in or create an account before booking.
  • Tap the calendar icon next to the date field to view available dates:
    • Gray text = Unavailable dates
    • Black text = Available dates
         

📌 Step 5: Confirm Booking & Provide Contact Information

  • Review your booking details.
  • Fill in your contact information to receive a booking confirmation email & SMS notification.
  • Tap "Next" to proceed.

📌 Step 6: Make Payment

  • Choose your preferred payment method.
  • Agree to Toby’s Terms & Conditions.
  • Tap "Confirm Payment." 
      

After Successful Payment

✅ You will receive a "Payment Confirmation Email" within approximately 15 minutes.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail folder and mark it as "Not Spam" if found.
