🔹 Important Note: Only merchants listed under the "Merchant Booking" category (as shown in the red box below) allow direct online booking via Toby.
📌 Step 2: Select a Merchant
- Suppose you choose "Massage", you can filter results by:
- Location
- Service type
- Other preferences
- Browse the listed merchants and select one that best fits your budget and quality expectations.
- (For mobile app users) Enable location services to find the nearest merchants.
📌 Step 3: Choose a Service & Discount Offer
- Once you select a merchant, you will see various discount offers available exclusively for Toby customers.
- Select your desired service package.
🔹 Note: Discounted prices are only applicable for online bookings with successful payments via Toby.
📌 Step 4: Select Booking Details
- Tap "Book " and choose:
- Number of people
- Date & time
🔹 (For mobile app users) You must log in or create an account before booking.
- Tap the calendar icon next to the date field to view available dates:
- Gray text = Unavailable dates
- Black text = Available dates
📌 Step 5: Confirm Booking & Provide Contact Information
- Review your booking details.
- Fill in your contact information to receive a booking confirmation email & SMS notification.
